If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially for high-demand lithium batteries), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Specialized Handling for Lithium Batteries
Since lithium batteries are classified as sensitive/hazardous goods, they require specialized packaging and certified carriers.

Batteries may be shipped separately from other spare parts or scooters to ensure safety and compliance with transport regulations.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
WebexVibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged (e.g., a damaged battery casing or scooter frame), please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
